Inventory Executive

Job Title: Inventory Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials; update stock registers or inventory software regularly.

Conduct periodic stock verification and reconcile discrepancies; monitor stock levels and initiate timely replenishment.

Receive and inspect goods against purchase orders; label, store, and issue materials systematically.

Maintain proper documentation (GRN, material issue slips, stock registers) and coordinate with Accounts/Purchase teams.

Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments to ensure smooth material flow.

Support audits, stock verification, and generate daily/weekly/monthly stock reports.

Ensure proper storage conditions, housekeeping, and compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Graduate , Logistics, or related field.

Experience: 1–3 years in storekeeping, inventory, or warehouse operations (freshers with relevant knowledge may apply).

Technical Skills: Knowledge of inventory management; proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP/inventory software.

Key Competencies: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, accuracy, and effective communication.
