Job Title: Inventory Manager – E-commerce (Amazon/Flipkart Model)

Role Summary

Responsible for managing end-to-end inventory across e-commerce platforms like Amazon and Flipkart, ensuring accurate stock levels, timely replenishment, and smooth order fulfillment while minimizing stockouts and excess inventory.

Key Responsibilities

Software Knowledge

Unicommerce Uniware (Uniware – WMS/OMS)

• Inventory management across multiple warehouses
• Order processing & fulfillment (B2C/B2B)
• SKU creation, stock sync & batch tracking
• Integration with marketplaces like Amazon & Flipkart
• Handling returns, cancellations & reverse logistics
• Generating operational MIS & reconciliation reports

Zoho Inventory

• Stock tracking & order management
• Purchase & sales order management
• Warehouse-level inventory control
• Integration with accounting systems & marketplaces
• Barcode management & shipment tracking
• Inventory reporting & analytics

Platform Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate SKU-wise inventory on seller panels (Amazon, Flipkart)
• Monitor FBA/FBF/warehouse stock levels and ensure timely replenishment
• Track inbound shipments, GRN, and stock transfers

Reconciliation & Control

• Perform platform vs physical vs ERP reconciliation
• Identify and resolve inventory mismatches, lost/damaged stock claims
• Handle returns reconciliation (RTO, customer returns)

Demand Planning & Replenishment

• Analyze sales trends and forecast demand
• Maintain reorder levels & safety stock
• Plan dispatches to warehouses/fulfillment centers

Warehouse Coordination

• Coordinate with warehouse for picking, packing, dispatch & stock audits
• Ensure proper batch/expiry tracking (if applicable)

Reporting & MIS

• Prepare reports on stock ageing, fast/slow-moving items, dead stock
• Track sell-through rate, inventory turnover, and stock health

Process Optimization

• Improve inventory accuracy and reduce holding costs
• Implement SOPs for inventory control & tracking

Key Skills

• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central & Flipkart Seller Hub
• Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Reconciliation)
• Understanding of FBA/FBF models & e-commerce logistics
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate (B.Com / BBA / Supply Chain preferred)
• 3–5 years experience in E-commerce inventory management
