Business Development Manager (BDM) – Digital/IT Sales

Reporting To: Management / Founder


About the Role:

JK Events & Advertising, a well-established ATL, BTL & Branding agency, is now aggressively expanding into the Digital Services domain. Alongside this, we have launched a new venture “A Little Louder Pvt. Ltd. (ALL)”, envisioned as a strong, independent digital-first brand.

We are looking for a highly driven, ownership-oriented BDM who can build digital sales from scratch, scale revenue, lead teams, and manage the ALL venture with an entrepreneurial mindset—almost like an owner.

Key Responsibilities:Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Generate and drive all kinds of digital business, including but not limited to:
  • Digital Marketing
  • Social Media Marketing
  • Performance Marketing
  • Website & App Development
  • SEO, ORM, Influencer Marketing
  • Creative & Digital Branding Solutions
  • Responsible for end-to-end revenue generation from lead sourcing to deal closure.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and high-value accounts.
  • Handle pricing, proposals, negotiations, and closures independently.

Venture Ownership – ALL

  • Take complete responsibility for the ALL venture’s digital sales across Gujarat.
  • Act as a business owner mindset leader, managing:
  • Sales strategy
  • Revenue targets
  • Team leadership
  • Client growth
  • Build ALL as a strong digital brand under JK Events & Advertising.

Client Handling & Pitching

  • Attend client meetings, presentations, pitches, and follow-ups.
  • Understand client requirements and suggest strategic digital solutions.
  • Build long-term client relationships and ensure repeat business.

Team Leadership & Management

  • Build, handle, mentor, and guide the Digital Team.
  • Coordinate closely with creative, performance, tech, and delivery teams.
  • Ensure smooth execution of projects with a strong focus on client satisfaction.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Weekly sales tracking, MIS, pipeline updates, and performance reporting to management.
  • Forecast revenue and growth plans.

Travel & National Projects

  • Willing to travel across Gujarat for business meetings.
  • Handle national and Pan-India projects from:
  • Pune
  • Delhi
  • Other metro cities

(virtually from Gujarat office and in-person visits as required).

  • All travel expenses will be borne by the company.

  • Female candidate with strong confidence, leadership presence, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven experience in Digital Sales / IT Sales / Digital Agency background.
  • Strong understanding of digital services ecosystem.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale a business unit.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Result-oriented, aggressive closer with a big-picture growth mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and take full ownership.
