The Jewellery CAD Designer is responsible for creating high-precision 3D jewellery designs using CAD software.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

1. Design & Development

• Create 3D CAD models of jewellery (rings, necklaces, bangles, etc.)
• Convert sketches, ideas, or client briefs into digital designs
• Ensure accuracy in dimensions, weight, and stone placement

2. CAD Modelling & Rendering

• Use tools like:
• Rhino
• MatrixGold
• 3Design
• Generate photorealistic renders for client approvals

3. Prototyping & Production Support

• Prepare files for 3D printing / CAM (wax models)
• Coordinate with production team for casting & finishing
• Modify designs based on feasibility and feedback

4. Trend Research & Innovation

• Study market trends and customer preferences
• Develop new jewellery concepts and collections

5. Collaboration

• Work with:
• Designers
• Sales / client teams
• Manufacturing units
• Ensure designs align with customer requirements and brand standards

🎓 Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Jewellery Design / CAD / related field
• 0–3+ years experience in jewellery CAD design
• Strong understanding of:
• Gold jewellery manufacturing
• Stone setting & metal properties

🧠 Required Skills

• Proficiency in CAD software (Rhino, Matrix Gold, 3Design)
• 3D modelling & rendering expertise
• Attention to detail & precision
• Creativity + technical understanding
• Knowledge of jewellery production processes

💰 Salary Range

• ₹21,000 – ₹30,000/month (entry-level to mid-level)

🕒 Work Conditions

• Full-time, on-site role Ahmedabad
• 6 working days/week
• Collaboration with workshop/manufacturing teams
