Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage financial records and ensure accuracy in all accounting operations. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day accounting activities, maintain books of accounts, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies. The role involves monitoring financial transactions, managing invoices and payments, reconciling accounts, and supporting audits and statutory filings. The Accountant will also assist in tracking expenses, budgeting, and providing financial insights to support informed business decisions. This position is ideal for individuals who are organized, analytical, and looking to build a strong career in accounting within a structured and growth-oriented business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and financial reports.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and cash flow to ensure financial accuracy.
• Handle payroll, statutory compliance (GST, TDS), and tax filings.
• Support audit processes and maintain proper financial documentation.
• Collaborate with management for financial planning and decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in manufacturing or industrial companies.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or similar) and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Integrity and confidentiality in handling financial information.
