Job Description
- Post purchase entries on time and arrange them to correct projects/expense heads.
- Prepare simple Purchase vs Sales vs Actual stock to track sales and purchase.
- Track pending payments (customers/vendors), prepare basic ageing, and flag overdue cases.
- Prepare P&L for the company
- Budget vs actual management
- Assist in monthly Income vs Expense statements and basic MIS for management.
- Support payroll by collating inputs and checking salary calculations for timely processing.
- Create and track POs as per approvals and match them with invoices.
- Prepare Proforma Invoices and help convert them into final tax invoices after approvals.
