Junior Accountant

Job Title: Junior Accounts Executive

Department: Accounts / Finance

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / Diploma in Accounting / Any relevant degree

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
• Maintain sales, purchase, payment, and receipt vouchers.
• Prepare and manage E-Invoices as per GST norms.
• Generate and manage E-Way Bills for goods dispatch.
• Support in dispatch documentation (invoice, delivery challan, transport details, etc.).
• Reconcile bank accounts, vendor ledgers, and customer accounts.
• Assist in preparation of GST returns, TDS details, and other statutory reports.
• Coordinate with the sales and logistics team for timely dispatch and billing.
• Maintain proper filing of accounting and dispatch records.
• Support senior accountant in monthly closing and reporting.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and GST compliance.
• Experience with E-Invoicing and E-Way Bill portals.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or trading firm will be an added advantage.
