Job Description

Role Overview

The Real Estate Sales Officer is responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing property sales. The role demands strong communication skills, market knowledge, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.


Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.

• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and explain project details to prospective clients.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.

• Negotiate and finalize deals with clients, ensuring compliance with company policies.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

• Prepare and maintain sales reports, client databases, and follow-up schedules.

• Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and events.

• Ensure timely collection of payments and assist clients with documentation and legal formalities.


Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

• 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales or related industry.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

• Knowledge of local property laws, regulations, and documentation processes is an advantage.
