Laboratory Technician

• Conduct color matching and formulation development for Textile, Paint and Ink.
• Perform chemical testing and quality control analysis to ensure product consistency and compliance with industry standards.
• Maintain and update daily laboratory reports and documentation.
• Assist in R&D projects for developing innovative formulations and improving existing products.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment following safety and operational guidelines.
• Collaborate with production and technical teams to address formulation challenges and quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety protocols and regulatory guidelines.

·        Lab Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of the laboratory workspace and equipment. Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in the management of lab supplies.
