Lead Generation Specialist

We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to identify and generate qualified leads of U.S.-based professionals who are actively or passively looking for a job change. The ideal candidate will have experience in online research, candidate sourcing, and data collection using various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads of U.S. candidates seeking job change across multiple industries

Source candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and social media

Collect and verify candidate details including name, email, phone number, job title, location, and skills

Ensure leads meet predefined criteria (US location, job-change intent, experience level)

Maintain accurate records in Excel/CRM/ATS

Meet daily/weekly lead generation targets

Follow data privacy and compliance standards (CAN-SPAM, GDPR where applicable)

Required Skills & Qualifications

Linkedin Account Mendatory

Experience in lead generation or candidate sourcing (US market preferred)

Strong internet research and data mining skills

Familiarity with Boolean search techniques

Basic knowledge of recruitment or staffing processes

Good communication and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
