Job Description
- Review and interpret revenue records, including 7/12 extracts, 8A extracts, mutation entries, and N.A orders.
- Handle title clearance processes and draft legal documents such as Sale Deeds, Bana Chitthi, Declarations, Affidavits, and Kabulats.
- Manage interactions with Sub-Registrar Offices (SRO) and work on N.A. applications.
- Liaise with land surveyors (private and DLR) for property-related matters.
- Draft, vet, and prepare agreements, deeds, petitions, submissions, affidavits, bonds, and contracts.
- Negotiate with advocates to protect the company’s interests.
- Coordinate with law firms and advocates regarding ongoing legal suits and proceedings.
- Provide legal opinions on property and real estate matters.
