Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Lift / Elevator Technician responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of elevators, escalators, and related equipment. The candidate should ensure that all systems operate safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, test, and commission elevators and lift systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections of lifts and escalators.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in elevator systems.
• Repair or replace defective components such as motors, cables, control panels, and sensors.
• Respond to service calls and emergency breakdowns.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
• Maintain service records and maintenance logs.
• Coordinate with supervisors and clients regarding service updates.

Requirements

• Knowledge of elevator electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot faults in control panels and wiring.
• Basic understanding of safety regulations related to elevators.
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
• Good problem-solving and technical skills.

Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant technical field.
• 1–5 years of experience in elevator installation or maintenance preferred.
• Freshers with technical training may also apply.
