Loan Executive

🔹 Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller with experience in handling loan-related calls. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining loan products, generating leads, and converting inquiries into successful loan applications.

Only experienced candidates from Loan / Banking / NBFC background are encouraged to apply.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers regarding loan products
• Handle all types of loans (Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, LAP, etc.)
• Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates & documentation process
• Follow up with interested customers and close leads
• Maintain proper call records and update CRM/Excel data
• Coordinate with backend team for smooth loan processing
• Achieve monthly targets and ensure high conversion ratio

🔹 Required Skills:

• Minimum 1 year experience in loan telecalling (BFSI sector preferred)
• Excellent communication and convincing skills
• Strong follow-up and closing skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel & CRM handling
• Ability to handle rejection and pressure

🔹 Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience in DSA / NBFC / Banking loan process

Good understanding of CIBIL, eligibility criteria & documentation

Immediate joiners preferred
