Logistics Executive

Key responsibilities

• Supply chain management: Oversee the entire supply chain process, from procurement to delivery, and work with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Logistics coordination: Plan, coordinate, and monitor shipments from origin to destination, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any issues that arise.
• Inventory management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure proper stock levels and accuracy.
• Cost and carrier management: Analyze and negotiate freight rates and services to ensure cost-effectiveness. Monitor and manage carrier performance.
• Documentation and reporting: Ensure all shipment-related documents are accurate and up-to-date. Maintain records of all logistics activities and prepare reports on performance.
• Process optimization: Analyze logistics processes to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with relevant regulations and standards.
