Logistics Executive

1. Order & Shipment Coordination

• Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and internal teams for timely dispatch.

• Track daily shipments and share delivery updates with the team/customers.

• Prepare delivery plans and ensure timely execution.

2. Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare packing lists, challans, and LR documents.

• Ensure compliance with GST and transport regulations.

• Maintain proper records for audit purposes.

3. Transport & Vendor Management

• Coordinate with transporters for best service and competitive rates.

• Resolve issues related to delays, damages, or shortages during transit.

4. Customer Coordination

• Update customers on dispatch schedules and expected delivery dates.

• Address logistics-related queries and ensure smooth communication.

5. Data Entry & Reporting

• Prepare daily/weekly excel sheet for dispatch and inventory.

6. Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in BBA/B.Com/B.Sc or related field.

• Experience in logistics, dispatch, or supply chain operations.

• Knowledge of transport operations, GST, and logistics documentation.
