Machine Operator

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Machine Operator with experience in auto tube cutting, chamfering, and progressive die cutting machines. The ideal candidate should be capable of operating, setting, and maintaining machines to ensure accurate production, quality output, and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operate auto tube cutting, chamfering, and progressive die cutting machines

Set up machines according to job specifications and drawings

Monitor machine performance and ensure smooth operation

Check dimensions and quality of finished components using measuring tools

Perform minor troubleshooting and routine maintenance

Maintain production records and daily output reports

Follow safety guidelines and workplace procedures

Reduce material wastage and ensure efficient production

Coordinate with supervisors and quality team for defect control

Qualifications

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant trade preferred

Minimum [X] years of experience in tube cutting, chamfering, or progressive die machines

Ability to read engineering drawings and job cards

Knowledge of measuring instruments (Vernier caliper, micrometer, etc.)

Skills & Abilities

Good understanding of machine operations and tooling

Attention to detail and quality control

Ability to work in shifts

Team player with a responsible attitude
