Maintenance Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities of mechanical, electrical, and utility equipment.
• Ensure timely execution of preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Monitor equipment performance to minimize downtime and production loss.
• Lead a team of maintenance technicians and allocate daily tasks.
• Maintain records of maintenance work, spare parts, and breakdown analysis.
• Coordinate with the production team to plan maintenance without affecting operations.
• Ensure availability and optimal inventory of critical spares and tools.
• Implement and follow safety, health, and environmental (SHE) policies.
• Liaise with external vendors or service contractors for specialized maintenance work.
• Support installation and commissioning of new machines or equipment upgrades.
• Prepare maintenance reports and present performance metrics to management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• 5–8 years of experience in plant/facility maintenance, preferably in FMCG / Food / Manufacturing industries.
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, utility systems (HVAC, compressors, boilers, refrigeration), and PLC-based machinery.
• Hands-on experience with electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Good leadership and communication skills to manage a maintenance team.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and maintenance software (CMMS preferred).
• Awareness of safety standards, ISO, and GMP guidelines.
