Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager – Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment function. This individual will play a critical role in shaping and executing our hiring strategy, managing a team of recruiters, and partnering with business leaders to attract and onboard top-tier talent across all functions. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic thinking, leadership, and operational excellence to drive our talent acquisition efforts forward.
Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities1. Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and set measurable goals.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
2. Recruitment Strategy & Execution
- Design and implement effective recruiting strategies to meet organizational needs.
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process—from sourcing to onboarding.
- Monitor recruiting KPIs to ensure hiring timelines and quality standards are met.
3. Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand talent requirements.
- Deliver regular updates on hiring progress, challenges, and market insights.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other external partners.
4. Process Improvement & Reporting
- Streamline recruitment processes to improve candidate experience and team efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to legal and compliance standards in hiring practices.
- Track and report on hiring metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and diversity ratios.
5. Employer Branding & Market Insights
- Work with marketing and HR teams to position AIS Technolabs as an employer of choice.
- Stay current with industry trends, competitor hiring strategies, and talent market shifts.
- Promote the company’s culture and values through recruitment campaigns and events.
6. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
- Integrate DEI best practices into the hiring process.
- Actively source and engage candidates from diverse backgrounds.
- Ensure fair and unbiased recruitment processes across all levels.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to lead high-performing recruitment teams and meet aggressive hiring targets.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRMS, and other recruitment tools.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from recruitment data.
- Passion for people, process excellence, and employer branding.
