Marketing Executive

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in field marketing, on-ground promotions, sales promotions, or brand activation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interact confidently with customers and manage field activities independently.
• Willingness to travel extensively for on-ground campaigns.
• Experience in vendor management and event coordination.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG, Telecom, Retail, Real Estate, BFSI, EdTech, or Consumer Goods field marketing.
• Experience handling promoters, agencies, and third-party vendors.
• Ability to manage teams during large-scale activities or events.
