Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate HDPE and PET blow moulding machines according to production schedules and specifications.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure products meet quality standards and production goals.
• Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues to prevent delays and maintain production efficiency.
• Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards and customer requirements.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve production processes and achieve production targets.
• Document production and maintenance activities accurately in logs and reports.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment, preferably with 3-5 years of experience operating HDPE and PET blow moulding machines.
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of machine operations, adjustments, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and production documents.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed.

Education and Certifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in machine operations preferred.
