Non IT Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Internal Recruiter with expertise in both IT and Non-IT hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and sourcing quality candidates across multiple domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for both IT and Non-IT roles
• Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers
• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, and references
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR rounds, and shortlist suitable candidates
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain candidate data and update the ATS regularly
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in recruitment (IT & Non-IT both)
• Good knowledge of sourcing through job portals and other channels
• Experience in handling multiple positions simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in consultancy or recruitment agency
• Strong networking and stakeholder management skills
