We are looking for a skilled and experienced North Indian Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about North Indian cuisine and capable of preparing a variety of authentic dishes with attention to taste, presentation, and hygiene.

• Key Responsibilities:Prepare and cook traditional North Indian dishes such as curries, tandoori items, breads (naan, roti), biryanis, and snacks.
• Plan menus and daily specials in coordination with the head chef or management.
• Ensure all dishes are prepared in accordance with hygiene and safety standards.
• Supervise kitchen staff and assist in training junior cooks as needed.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders for fresh ingredients.
• Ensure consistency in food quality, portion sizes, and presentation.
• Adapt recipes and menus to meet customer preferences or dietary needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience as a North Indian chef or cook in a restaurant or hotel setting.
• In-depth knowledge of spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques specific to North Indian cuisine.
• Experience with tandoor operations is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Certification in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management is a plus.
