Nurse

Key Responsibilities:                                                                                     

o  Deliver holistic nursing care to patients by performing thorough assessments, creating care plans, implementing interventions, and evaluating outcomes.

o  Administer prescribed medications, intravenous therapies, and other treatments while vigilantly monitoring patients for adverse reactions and complications.

o  Support physicians and healthcare professionalsrd during examinations, procedures, and emergency situations to ensure optimal patient care.

o  Track and document vital signs, symptoms, and any changes in patients' conditions, promptly communicating significant observations to the medical team.

o  Provide education to patients and their families regarding health conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures to enhance understanding and compliance.

o  Develop educational materials that comply with Hospital guidelines, aimed at improving patient knowledge and adherence to treatment plans.

o  Follow and implement infection prevention and control protocols in line with Hospital standards to safeguard both patient and staff health.

o  Engage in ongoing training and awareness programs focusing on infection control and patient safety to maintain high care standards.

o  Ensure precise and up-to-date patient records are maintained in electronic health records (EHR) systems, adhering to Hospital documentation standards.

o  Carefully document nursing assessments, care plans, interventions, and patient responses in a timely manner.

o  Take part in quality assurance and improvement activities that align with Hospital requirements.

o  Actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss strategies for patient care, evaluate outcomes, and plan improvements.

o  Stay informed about nursing best practices, healthcare regulations, and Hospital standards through continuous education and training opportunities.
