Job Description

Company Overview: Proplegit is a leading provider of specialized services for banks and financial institutions, focusing on property verification and documentation management. We are dedicated to ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in the processing of bank applications related to property verification. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

General Administration:

Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring cleanliness, upkeep, and efficient functioning of the workplace.

Organize and maintain files, records, and documents (both physical and electronic).

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and couriers.

Order and maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is in working condition.

Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance, utilities, and supplies, ensuring timely payments.

Oversee facility management, including maintenance, safety compliance, and housekeeping.

Serve as the point of contact between departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.

Finance & Vendor Coordination:

Resolve vendor issues related to billing and statements.

Manage petty cash, mileage reimbursements

Ensure monthly/quarterly billing is completed accurately and payments from clients are followed up promptly.

Travel & Event Management:

Arrange travel bookings, hotel accommodations, and itineraries for employees.

Compliance & Confidentiality:

Ensure adherence to company policies and administrative processes.

Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling company and employee information.

Support in developing and updating administrative policies and procedures.

Other Responsibilities:

Respond to queries and requests from internal departments.
