Office Administrator

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing company certifications, regulatory filings, and ensuring compliance with statutory and legal requirements. This role requires a strong understanding of corporate laws and a background in compliance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end process of company incorporation and filing certificates.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance records and documentation.

Coordinate with auditors, CA firms, and other stakeholders for statutory requirements.

Ensure timely filing of ROC, MCA, and other government compliances.

Identify and mitigate compliance risks through periodic reviews.

Provide regular updates to management on compliance status and requirements.

Assist in drafting and reviewing legal and compliance documents.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in B.Com, MBA, or equivalent.

✅ Preferred experience working in a CA firm.

✅ Minimum 1 year of experience in compliance, filings, and incorporation.

✅ Excellent communication and coordination skills.

✅ Detail-oriented, analytical, and well-organized.
