Job SummaryThe Office Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to the Purchase, Sales, and Admin departments. The role involves documentation, coordination, follow-ups, data management, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.



Key Responsibilities🔹 A. Purchase Department Support·       Prepare and send RFQs to vendors

·       Collect and compare quotations

·       Prepare Purchase Orders after approval

·       Follow up with vendors for timely delivery

·       Maintain purchase records and vendor database

·       Assist in bill verification and documentation

🔹 B. Sales Department Support·       Prepare and send quotations to clients

·       Maintain inquiry and order tracking records

·       Coordinate with production for order status

·       Prepare proforma invoices and dispatch documents

·       Share dispatch details with customers

·       Assist in tender documentation

🔹 C. Administration Support·       Handle incoming calls and emails

·       Maintain office files and documentation

·       Manage courier and dispatch activities

·       Maintain office stationery and supplies

·       Support attendance and employee documentation

·       Assist in meeting coordination and MOM preparation



Required Skills & Qualifications·       Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Commerce preferred)

·       Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)

·       Good communication and coordination skills

·       Strong follow-up ability

·       Organized and detail-oriented

·       1–3 years of relevant experience preferred
