Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesOffice
- Support & AssistanceServe tea, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors as required
- Assist office staff in routine day-to-day work
- Support administrative tasks as instructed by management
- Document HandlingCarry files and documents within the office
- Deliver and collect documents from banks, vendors, clients, and government offices
- Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and organizing documents
- Office MaintenanceMaintain cleanliness of office premises, workstations, pantry, and common areas
- Ensure proper arrangement of office furniture and meeting rooms
- Report any maintenance or repair requirements to the admin department
- Pantry & Supplies ManagementMaintain pantry supplies (tea, coffee, water, etc.)
- Assist in inventory of office stationery and consumables
- Ensure availability of basic office requirements
- General DutiesAssist during meetings and office events
- Open and close office premises as per instructions
- Perform any other work assigned by the management from time to time

- Basic reading and writing skills
