Post of Officer-PPMC. (Production Planning and Material Control )

Job Description: joining within 1 month

Candidate should have knowledge about OSD Formulation Plant and process.(Must Pharma Background)

Communicating Monthly and Weekly forecast plan to Production Team, Daily monitoring of Sales orders, Coordinating with internal teams sharing Production & dispatch schedules to Marketing team,

Daily Production planning based as per capacity and orders and issue of Job Orders, Monitoring & checking Plan vs Actual of Production & sales

Coordinate with Logistics /Dispatch teams for smoothly dispatches of material as per the

schedule

Maintain the all necessary reports of the Sales/ dispatches in MIS with coordinating with concern departments, Sharing of dispatch plan to the Marketing team in advance with coordination of Production /Dispatch/ PPC team

Filing & recording the daily production, sales data & sales orders in System, Review and sharing of Pending Job & Sale orders on daily basis in meetings as per aging, Knowledge of ISO standards & Audits.

Flexibility and adaptability

Excellent planning skills, Control in Capacity utilization & management

Excellent analytical skills

Ability to analyze data from multiple sources

Proficient in English , Hindi & Kannada

Communicating, Monthly forecast, Weekly forecast, Production team
