Job Title: Operations Manager – Solar Rooftop Division

Location: Ahmedabad

Job Summary:

The Operations Manager will oversee end-to-end operations for solar rooftop projects, including application registration, subsidy claim management, client coordination, purchase activities, and basic HR functions. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage solar rooftop project applications on relevant government portals.
• Handle all documentation and process for subsidy claim submissions and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with clients for project updates, document collection, and issue resolution.
• Oversee complete site process from material dispatch to commissioning and subsidy release.
• Manage purchase activities such as vendor selection, material procurement, and inventory.
• Support HR tasks such as attendance management, staff coordination, and basic administrative duties.
• Monitor project timelines, quality checks, and ensure compliance with company and government norms.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports for management review.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in solar or project operations.
• Working knowledge of solar rooftop processes, MNRE subsidy schemes, and DISCOM portals.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic data management tools.
• Ability to multitask and work independently with a problem-solving mindset.
