Operation Manager

About the Role:

Warehouse is looking for a reliable and sharp Operations Manager who can handle day-to-day warehouse operations, guide the team, and improve efficiency across all processes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage daily warehouse operations (inbound, outbound, inventory flow).

* Maintain inventory accuracy and conduct regular stock audits.

* Lead, train, and support the warehouse team.

* Improve processes to increase productivity and reduce cost.

* Coordinate with vendors, transport partners, and internal departments.

* Ensure safety standards and company policies are followed.

* Prepare reports on stock levels, dispatch performance, and manpower.

* Solve operational issues proactively and keep the workflow smooth.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree 

* 2 to 3 years of experience in warehouse/operations management.

* Strong team management and communication skills.

* Good knowledge 

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

* Problem-solving mindset and accountability.
