Operations Supervisor- Ice Cream Parlour

We are hiring a full-time Operations Supervisor to handle end-to-end evening and night operations of our ice cream parlour.

This role is responsible for stock control, product quality, staff coordination, cash verification, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Check and verify stock availability before and during evening operations
• Manage entire parlour operations during the shift
• Ensure perfect product quality (taste, presentation, hygiene)
• Coordinate with staff and ensure smooth workflow
• Supervise service standards and staff behaviour
• Verify cash records handled by the accountant (no direct cash handling)
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and ensure a good experience
• Ensure proper closing procedures at night
• Report daily issues or gaps directly to the owner

Shift & Job Type

Full Time – Evening-Night Job Only

Working Hours: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Requirements

• Willingness to learn food preparation and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Ability to manage staff and operations independently
• 1-3 years experience in outlet operations/ food service/ retail supervision preferred.
• Must be willing to learn and perform product preparation when required.
• Calm, responsible, and customer-focused
• Gujarati preferred (not mandatory)
• Any education level acceptable but preferred 12 pass
