Job Title: Executive Personal Assistant to the FounderCompany: ScalesUp Studios

Location: Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad (On-site/Hybrid)

Reports To: Founder/CEO

Role OverviewWe are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Personal Assistant to support the Founder of ScalesUp Studios. You will be the "right hand" in managing a diverse portfolio that includes business growth consultancy, digital marketing operations, and AI-driven trading technology. The ideal candidate is someone who can navigate both the creative world of marketing and the technical world of automation.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support: Manage complex calendars, schedule high-level meetings with investors/clients, and handle all professional correspondence (Email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn).
  • Operational Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the Founder and the internal teams (Tech, HR, and Marketing) to ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Technical Assistance: Assist in monitoring "BotPlan" parameters and trading bot configurations. You will help track performance metrics (Win Rates, Drawdowns) and ensure system "Active" statuses are maintained in our database.
  • Client & Portfolio Management: Prepare pitch decks, business portfolios, and consultancy reports for our growth-stage clients.
  • Administrative Oversight: Manage office logistics at our Trade Centre office, handle travel arrangements, and maintain organized digital records in MongoDB or CRM systems.
  • Social Media Coordination: Monitor and occasionally post updates to ScalesUp Studios’ social channels (FB, Instagram, LinkedIn) to ensure brand consistency.
  • Required QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or IT.
  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience as a PA, EA, or Operations Coordinator.
  • Tech Stack: Proficiency in Google Workspace, CRM tools, and a basic understanding of AI/FinTech (knowledge of trading pairs and timeframes is a huge plus).
  • Communication: Exceptional command over English and Hindi (Gujarati is a plus for local networking).
  • Mindset: A "Scale-up" mindset—you must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly.
