Job Description


We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to the Director to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support. The PA will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and acting as a reliable person for the Director.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and maintain the Director’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the Director.
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications and liaise with key stakeholders.
  • Maintain filing systems, records, and other documentation in an organized manner.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required by the Director.
  • Prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion of projects and requests.
  • Serve as a point of contact between the Director and staff/clients/vendors.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

Working Conditions:

Office-based role with occasional travel.
