Role Summary

The Personal Shopper is responsible for delivering a highly personalized and premium shopping experience to customers. This role focuses on understanding customer needs, curating product selections, driving sales, and building long-term client relationships. The Personal Shopper acts as a brand ambassador, ensuring exceptional service standards and assisting customers throughout their shopping journey—both in-store and digitally.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Experience & ServiceProvide end‑to‑end personalized shopping support, including product selection, styling advice, size/fit guidance, and checkout assistance.
• Build strong rapport with customers to understand their preferences, lifestyle, and purchase history.
• Offer wardrobe planning, gifting suggestions, and outfit curation based on customer requirements.
• Handle high‑value and premium customers with professionalism and discretion.
• Sales & Business DevelopmentAchieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store revenue.
• Proactively engage customers through appointments, follow-ups, WhatsApp outreach, and digital catalog sharing.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities across categories.
• Convert client inquiries into purchases through strong product knowledge and service delivery.
• Clienteling & Relationship ManagementMaintain an updated client book with customer details, preferences, and purchase patterns.
• Conduct regular follow‑ups to inform customers about new arrivals, offers, and exclusive previews.
• Create loyalty through personalized touchpoints and exceptional service experiences.
• Product Knowledge & MerchandisingStay updated on product features, materials, size ranges, and trends.
• Coordinate with the visual merchandising team to ensure curated displays for appointments.
• Assist customers with product availability checks, alterations, reservations, and special orders.
• Operational ExcellenceManage appointment scheduling and ensure readiness of fitting rooms or curated product setups.
• Ensure accurate billing, packaging, and coordinated delivery (where applicable).
• Maintain hygiene, presentation standards, and confidentiality at all times.
• Adhere to company SOPs, processes, and policies.

• 1–3 years of experience in retail, fashion advisory, luxury sales, or customer-facing roles
• Freshers with strong communication and fashion sense may also be considered (based on brand requirements)
• Work EnvironmentStore-based role with weekend and holiday working as per retail norms
• Requires extended standing hours and customer interaction
• May involve travel for client deliveries or special appointments (where applicable)
