Picker / Packer

We are seeking an efficient Picker/Packer to join our dark store operations team at RAIPUR area of Ahmedabad. The role involves accurately picking customer orders, packing them securely, and ensuring timely dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick items from shelves or storage locations based on digital order lists.
• Verify product codes, quantities, and quality before packing.
• Pack items securely to prevent damage during transit and prepare them for handover to delivery teams.
• Inventory & Stock Management
• Assist in restocking shelves and maintaining organized storage areas.
• Operational Support
• Use handheld scanners for order processing.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets and service-level agreements.

Skills & Qualifications

• Essential
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift packages for extended periods.
• Preferred but not essential Prior experience in warehouse, retail, or e-commerce fulfillment.
