Job Summary: A Picker/Packer is responsible for accurately picking products from the warehouse shelves, packing them securely, and preparing them for shipment. The role ensures timely and error-free order fulfillment to support smooth warehouse operations.

• Key Responsibilities: Pick items from storage based on daily order sheets.
• Scan, label, and verify products for accuracy.
• Pack items safely using appropriate packaging materials.
• Prepare and organize orders for dispatch.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse.
• Assist in inventory counts and stock management.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies.
• Report damaged or missing inventory to the supervisor.
• Skills & Qualifications: Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Ability to lift moderate weights (varies by company).
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Teamwork and communication skills.
• Prior warehouse experience (preferred but not always required).
• Work Environment: Warehouse setting with standing, walking, and lifting.
• May involve shift work depending on company needs.
