Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Factory / Plant Manager to oversee production operations, manage workforce, and ensure smooth functioning of the manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily factory/plant operations
• Ensure production targets are achieved
• Supervise workers and department supervisors
• Maintain quality standards and safety compliance
• Control production costs and minimize wastage
• Coordinate with purchase, stores, and maintenance teams
