Production Engineer

Production engineer Supervisor is needed for taking care of metal Fabrication and Assembly of our equipments like various types of Belt Conveyors, Weighing & Bagging Machines, Integrated Bulk Material and packed bags handling systems

• Should have strong knowledge of mechanical fabrication equipment, blueprint interpretation, materials, welding processes, assembly, and documentation.
• Practical experience or knowledge in sheet metal fabrication.
• Strong hands-on mechanical engineering skills.
• Experience in design-to-manufacturing processes.
• Should be able to study the 3D Model, 2D prints to determine the manufacturability of the part & highlight key points that involve a design change recommendation
• Collaborate with other engineers and teams to complete projects while ensuring designs meet industry standards and safety regulations
• Assist in planning and executing production activities to meet organisational goals.
• Supervise technical guidance for welders and fabricators, and plan shop floor activities to achieve production targets.
• Support scheduling for timely delivery and optimal resource utilisation.
• Help achieve production targets while maintaining high quality standards.
• Implement quality control measures to minimise defects.
• Prepare production reports for senior management
