Key Responsibilities

· Manage end-to-end production for corporate events and exhibitions

·        Coordinate with vendors, fabricators, and internal teams

·        Oversee on-site execution and ensure quality standards

·        Ensure timely delivery as per project timelines

·        Maintain accurate documentation and project records

Work Ethics & Process Expectations

· Always acknowledge internal messages promptly

·        Update your part of the project tracker daily

·        Ensure all client approvals are received on email and Whatsapp

·        Use WhatsApp for speed, but email for official records

·        Respect deadlines and follow structured follow-up cycles

·        Never forward files without proper naming conventions

·        Keep all project folders updated and organized

Required Skills & Qualifications

·        Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate events or exhibition production

·        Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint)

·        Strong organizational and coordination skills

·        Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects

·        Hindi communication: Mandatory

·        Clear communication and documentation discipline

·        Willingness to work on-site and during event days
