We are looking for PRODUCTION MANAGER with technical mindset . Candidate must be able to coordinate the production related activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Developing moulds and tooling with our vendors.

• Learn every machine in the plant.

• Inspecting Production.

• Supervision on production.

• Maximizing production and efficiency.

• Complete production timely. 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Minimum Requirement : Diploma or Degree in Engineering Fields.

• Very good Technical Skills and ability to formulate compounds, Knowledge of Rubber Moulding Processes and Rubber Extrusion Process.

• Experience in technical field with solid technical understanding.

• Readiness to travel for trial at clients place.

• Basic Solidwork and Autocad knowledge.

• Willingness to learn and challenge your knowledge.

• Ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software.

• Readiness to work for long term.
