Job Summary;

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Production Manager to oversee the manufacturing process, ensure efficient production operations, and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and cost control. The Production Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising production activities to meet business objectives.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, organize, and manage daily production activities to meet production targets
• Ensure optimal use of manpower, machines, and materials
• Monitor production schedules and adjust plans as needed
• Maintain product quality and ensure compliance with quality standards
• Implement and enforce safety procedures and company policies
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams
• Reduce production costs through continuous improvement initiatives
• Prepare production reports, KPIs, and performance analysis
• Train, supervise, and evaluate production staff
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards
• Requirements & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Production Management, or related field
• Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and production planning
• Familiarity with quality management systems and safety regulations
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
