Production / Manufacturing Head

Role Overview

The Production Head will be responsible for end-to-end supervision of signboard manufacturing, ensuring smooth workflow from fabrication and welding to final assembly and finishing. The role requires strong practical knowledge of production processes and the ability to manage a workshop team efficiently.

• Overseeing complete production operations from raw material to finished signboard
• Supervising welding, fabrication, acrylic work, assembly, and finishing
• Managing daily workshop activities and workforce
• Ensuring quality standards and timely completion of projects
• Planning production schedules and coordinating with the office team
• Monitoring materials and production requirements
• Improving efficiency and workflow in the workshop
