Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled and motivated Production Engineer to manage and improve our manufacturing processes. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring production targets, maintaining quality standards, and improving efficiency on the shop floor.

• Key Responsibilities
• Plan and monitor daily production activities.
• Ensure production targets are achieved on time.
• Maintain quality standards during manufacturing.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and store departments.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Prepare production reports and documentation.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed in the production area.

• Required Skills
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Basic understanding of production planning and control.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork ability.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting.

• Qualification
• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.

• Salary
• ₹18,000 – ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience)
