Production Supervisor/Manager

We are seeking Production Supervisor/Manager to oversee and manage day-to-day manufacturing operations in a cable and wire production unit. The role involves ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining quality standards, optimizing resources, and achieving production targets while ensuring safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities
• Ensure production targets are achieved within timelines
• Monitor cable, wire, and strip manufacturing processes
• Maintain product quality as per standards and specifications
• Optimize machine utilization and minimize downtime
• Coordinate with maintenance team for machine upkeep
• Manage shop-floor workforce and ensure discipline
• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and company policies
• Coordinate with store, purchase, and dispatch departments
