Key Responsibilities :

• Site Execution – Installation & Verifications
• Daily Work Progress Report to the Project Manager  & Client.
• Guide to the Contractor for Site Related
• Prepare Measurement Sheet and Co-Ordinate with Client for Sign
• Maintain Records of Delivery Challans, Invoices, Installation Bill Process       
• Timely Indent the Material
• Stock Updates
• Escalate Site Related Issues to the Project Manager / Head.
• Timely Report Submission to the Management.

Required Technical Skills:

• Site execution & installation knowledge
• ELV products knowledge (CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, PA System, Networking, etc.)
• Ability to read technical drawings / AutoCA
• BOQ & measurement sheet preparation
• Material indent & stock management
• Billing & documentation (DC, invoices, installation bills)
• Daily reporting & progress tracking in Excel
• Coordination with contractors & clients
• Troubleshooting site-related technical issues
