Purchase Assistant

📝 Job Description:

Adishwar Infra is looking for a Purchase Assistant who can support our procurement activities and ensure smooth coordination with vendors and site teams.The candidate must have basic experience in purchase and strong follow-up skills.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Purchase Manager in day-to-day procurement operations.
• Prepare purchase orders and collect quotations from vendors.
• Negotiate basic prices and check material availability.
• Follow up with vendors for timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain and update purchase-related documents and records.
• Coordinate with the site team for material requirements and stock updates.
• Assist in preparing comparison sheets and basic cost analysis.
• Ensure bills, challans, and invoices are recorded properly.
• Follow up with the accounts team for vendor payments.

📌 Skills Required:

Basic knowledge of purchase/purchasing cycle.

• Good communication and vendor management skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Ability to work under timelines and manage follow-ups.
• Should be organized and good with documentation.

📌 Qualification:

• Minimum Graduate or Diploma.
• Experience: 6 months minimum (Construction/RMC field preferred but not mandatory).
