Purchase Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage and coordinate the procurement of materials, products, and services. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing suppliers, negotiating prices, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of quality goods.

   Job Description -

• Identify and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, service, and reliability.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors.
• Process purchase orders and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with internal departments to determine procurement needs.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
• Handle vendor queries and resolve any discrepancies in orders.
• Maintain and update supplier database and records.
• Prepare and submit reports on procurement status, costs, and deliveries.
• Collect Purchase request, Issue Purchase Order, Purchase bills entry, Review due payments orders.

Qualification -

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in manufacturing is preferred

Required Skills -

• Familiarity with MS Excel, ERP systems & Tally (Compulsory)
• Knowledge of supply chain processes
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
