Adishwar Infra is looking for a Purchase Executive to support procurement operations and ensure smooth coordination between vendors, accounts, and site teams. The ideal candidate should have basic purchasing knowledge, strong follow-up skills, and the ability to manage documentation efficiently.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Purchase Manager in daily procurement and purchasing activities.
• Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and collect quotations from vendors.
• Compare vendor quotations and assist in preparing comparison sheets.
• Negotiate basic pricing and check material availability with suppliers.
• Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials to site.
• Coordinate with site teams to understand material requirements and stock updates.
• Maintain and update purchase records, vendor data, and documentation.
• Verify and record bills, challans, invoices, and delivery documents.
• Coordinate with the accounts team for vendor payment follow-ups.
• Assist in basic cost analysis and purchase reporting.

📌 Skills Required

• Basic knowledge of the procurement / purchasing cycle
• Strong communication and vendor follow-up skills
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Good documentation and organizational skills
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple follow-ups

📌 Qualification

• Graduate or Diploma in any relevant field
• Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Purchase / Procurement
• Experience in Construction / Infrastructure / RMC industry preferred but not mandatory
