The objective of this role is to ensure Right Material, Right Quantity, Right Time, and Right Cost, while maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting smooth production operations.
š¹ Purchase Responsibilities:
- Vendor identification and development
- Negotiation for the best price, quality, and delivery
- Creating Purchase Orders (PO)
- Follow-up for timely delivery
- Handling urgent purchase requirements
Inventory / Store Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate stock records (inward/outward)
- Coordination with Production & Service team
- Physical stock verification (weekly/monthly)
