Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to manage the procurement of materials, products, and services required for company operations. The role involves vendor management, cost negotiation, timely purchasing, and ensuring quality and compliance.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Source and purchase materials, products, and services as per requirements
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid production delays
• Maintain purchase orders, invoices, and procurement records
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with stores and production teams
• Ensure quality, quantity, and cost-effectiveness of purchases
• Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Compare quotations and finalize best-value deals
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies
• Prepare purchase reports and cost analysis
• Requirements & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
• Proven experience as a Purchase Executive or similar role
• Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management
• Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Excel
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
